Are you a nurturing, qualified Early Childhood Educator who believes in child-led, respectful learning? Do you dream of working in a peaceful, nature-rich environment with a small group of children and big-hearted families?
We’re looking for a dedicated ECE (Early Childhood Educator) to join our beautiful, Montessori-inspired early years program on Bowen Island. Our cozy classroom is nestled in nature and limited to just 8 children, allowing for deep connections and meaningful engagement.

馃尶 Part-time to start, with the potential for full-time
馃尶 Summer Term position (with the possibility of extension)
馃尶 Work in a stunning, natural setting just a short 20-minute ferry ride from Horseshoe Bay
馃尶 Lead and support Montessori-style, play-based learning in a peaceful, supportive environment
What We’re Looking For:
鉁� Fully qualified ECE
鉁� First Aid certification
鉁� Passionate about the Montessori philosophy or similar child-led approaches
鉁� Warm, observant, and respectful of each child’s unique rhythm
鉁� Reliable, collaborative, and enthusiastic about growing with our small school community
