At MyBaby Daycare, we are dedicated to providing nurturing care and developmentally appropriate education in a safe and healthy environment. We are committed to fostering the physical, emotional, social, and intellectual development of the children in our care while working in partnership with parents, colleagues, and community professionals. We are currently seeking passionate Infant/Toddler and Basic ECEs to join our team and help us provide high-quality childcare for the children in our community.
As an Early Childhood Educator (ECE) at MyBaby Daycare, you will provide nurturing care and implement age-appropriate activities that promote the physical, emotional, cognitive, and social development of children. You will work within a small, supportive environment, collaborating with a team to deliver the best educational experience for the children.
We are hiring for both Infant/Toddler ECE and Basic ECE positions, each requiring a passion for early childhood education and the ability to create a positive, enriching environment for young learners.
Key Objectives:
- Provide high-quality childcare following the mission and core values of MyBaby Daycare and the requirements of the Infant/Toddler or Group Child Care Program.
- Foster optimal development in children across physical, emotional, social, cognitive, and intellectual domains.
- Ensure a safe, healthy, and stimulating environment for all children in care.
- Collaborate with parents, colleagues, and community professionals to meet the diverse needs of children.
Qualifications:
Basic ECE
Years Experience Required:

Required Experience:
- BC Licensed Early Childhood Education (ECE) Certificate.
- Infant/Toddler Educator Certificate (required for Infant/Toddler position).
- Clear Criminal Record Check.
- Immunization Record.
- Proven ability to work closely with other team members.
- Sensitivity and respect for individual and cultural differences.
- Adequate energy level and physical ability to meet the demands of the job.
- Additional language skills are an asset.
