Hours: Monday to Friday 12.5 hours during the school year, and 40 hours per week during school closures (Winter, Spring & Summer breaks)
Wage: Based on qualifications and range between $19 – 23 per hour. ECE certification also qualifies for the $6 per hour Wage Enhancement.
We are seeking an enthusiastic, motivated ECE, ECEA or RA to support our K-5 Out of School Care Program.

Qualifications:
- Desire to work with children
- ECE, ECEA, RA Certificate (or enrollment in an ECE program)
- Valid First Aid/CPR Certificate
- Clear Criminal Record Check
- Two Written References
- Knowledge and experience regarding Community Child Care Facilities Licensing Regulations
- Strong communication with children, parents & educators
- Computer and organizational skills
- Work well with others in a team environment as well as alone with a group of children
- Energetic and enthusiastic personality
- Must be a current Canadian resident, legally entitled to work in Canada
Responsibilities
- Set up classroom environment

- Plan and carry out activities
- Ensure health and safety of children
- Comply with Community Care Facilities Licensing Regulations
- Record keeping and reporting
- Assist with program planning for winter, spring and summer breaks
